And then I went downhill skiing

My family came up from Arizona during Alexis and Brooklyn's spring break. They come up every year to stay at Snowbird and go skiing. I was able to take a couple of days off work and join them on the slopes. I confess, downhill skiing scares me just a little; I am always afraid that I will lose control; consequently, I am a fairly slow skier.

Cross-Country Skiing

I went cross-country skiing with my friends Samantha, Jenny, and Lisa. It was a lot of fun, and I would like to go again; I need the practice--I definitely fell a few times on this trip. But then we all fell at least once; it was really icy out there.

Yes, I realize that two hyphens do not an em-dash make, but this is one of the limitations of Web-based technology.
So it has been some time since I have actually posted anything on here myself. My sister, Jessica, has been keeping the blog somewhat updated. What's new with me? I cut my hair, and it is now chin length; my hair has never been this short in my entire life--really, I think my hair was almost shoulder length by the age of one (six inches a year, right?). And I am not really counting anything that happened prior to the age of one. Perhaps pictures will be forthcoming, but I doubt it. What else is going on right now? Not much; working, commuting, sleeping, etc. I did get in a minor car accident on the way to work not too long ago; it wasn't my fault, and my car only suffered a few minor scratches, so I am not worried about it. I have also decided to attend grad school. Probably not for a few years, but I am definitely going. Right now I have my sights set on Berkeley, but anything could happen. Logan is now attending school at BYU, and we get together about once a week. I am glad he is here, and I hope he is enjoying school. That’s all for now. I hope everyone who reads this is having a fantastic day.

The London Underground

Here we are, riding the tube to church.
